Does anyone know of a crafter for shards or ecto? It's probably the most noob question in the world but i'm desprate

If so, what materials will I need to craft them?

to craft shards: farm fow. cost: 1 plat, but amount depends on luck
to craft ectos: farm uw. cost: 1 plat, but amount depends on luck
